The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as the strategic steward of our brand, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors, the CMO will define and execute global marketing strategies that drive growth, brand equity, and market expansion.
This leader will own brand strategy, digital transformation in marketing, global campaigns, customer insights, and product marketing. The role demands a forward-thinking executive who can leverage data, storytelling, and digital platforms to position the company as an innovator, disruptor, and trusted partner across all markets.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Brand Leadership: Define and steward the company’s global brand vision, positioning, and narrative.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead demand generation, product marketing, and integrated campaigns across all geographies.

Digital Transformation: Drive digital-first marketing initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and personalized engagement.

Customer Insights: Build data-driven marketing programs rooted in customer behavior, insights, and segmentation.

Revenue Growth: Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure marketing directly fuels pipeline growth and customer lifetime value.

Global Campaigns: Develop and scale high-impact campaigns that reinforce brand equity and drive measurable results.

Innovation & Creativity: Champion bold creative strategies that differentiate the company in crowded markets.

Board Reporting: Present marketing performance, ROI, and brand impact to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Team Development: Lead and inspire a global marketing organization, developing next-generation marketing leaders.
Qualifications – What We Are Looking For

18+ years of progressive marketing leadership with at least 8+ years at the executive level (CMO, EVP Marketing, or equivalent).

Proven record of building global brands and marketing organizations in Fortune 500 or high-growth multinational companies.

Deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, demand generation, and customer insights.

Strong background in AI-driven marketing, advanced analytics, and MarTech platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.

Exceptional ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.

Demonstrated success in aligning marketing strategies with business growth goals and shareholder value creation.
Strategic Support
The Chief Marketing Officer acts as a strategic partner to the CEO, CRO, and Board of Directors, ensuring marketing is a core driver of business performance. Key contributions include:
