As Senior Vice President of Logistics, you will serve as the strategic architect of global logistics operations, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar distribution network spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and engaging regularly with the CEO and Board of Directors, this executive role is central to shaping the future of logistics and ensuring our customers receive unmatched reliability, transparency, and value.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Global Logistics Oversight: Lead worldwide logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile distribution.

• Operational Excellence: Define and execute strategies that enhance delivery speed, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Technology Integration: Drive digital transformation in logistics through AI, IoT, and predictive analytics.

• Risk & Compliance: Ensure global operations comply with international trade regulations, safety standards, and sustainability mandates.

• Supplier & Partner Management: Negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and partners to strengthen resilience and cost efficiency.

• Sustainability Leadership: Implement green logistics strategies, from carbon-reduction initiatives to renewable energy integration.

• Executive Reporting: Present performance dashboards, growth strategies, and risk management updates to the Board and senior leadership.

• Talent & Culture: Build, inspire, and scale global logistics teams to deliver best-in-class results.

Qualifications – What We Are Looking For

• 18+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, with at least 8+ years in executive roles.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, global logistics networks with multi-billion-dollar budgets.

• Strong knowledge of digital supply chain technologies, predictive analytics, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business preferred.

• Exceptional ability to manage cross-border regulations, compliance, and global vendor negotiations.

• Adept at leading transformation initiatives in logistics and distribution at scale.

Strategic Support

The Senior Vice President of Logistics will:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the COO, CEO, and Board, aligning logistics strategies with corporate growth goals.

• Ensure logistics excellence is a competitive differentiator in the global marketplace.

• Drive insights from logistics operations into product development, sustainability strategies, and customer engagement models.
