We are seeking a Head of Information Technology to serve as the strategic leader of enterprise IT, driving digital transformation, cybersecurity, data strategy, and operational excellence across a multi-national organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board, this executive will shape how technology accelerates growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
This role requires a visionary leader who can balance enterprise-scale IT operations with forward-thinking innovation—someone who can deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing technology platforms while championing the adoption of emerging tools like cloud, AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead global IT strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and enterprise architecture across the organization.

Qualifications: What We Are Looking For

18+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 8+ years in executive positions.

Proven expertise in enterprise IT operations, digital transformation, and global infrastructure management.

Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and IT service management.

Experience overseeing large-scale IT budgets and vendor negotiations.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business highly preferred.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven record of Board-level engagement.
