We are seeking a Vice President of Distribution to oversee and optimize our global distribution strategy, managing an expansive network of warehouses, fulfillment centers, and last-mile operations. As a direct report to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Distribution will be responsible for leading multi-billion-dollar operations, ensuring that our distribution model not only supports but accelerates business growth. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end distribution operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and fulfillment.

Develop and execute strategies that increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency across the global distribution network.

Drive technology adoption in distribution—automation, robotics, AI, and predictive analytics.

Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.

Lead negotiations with carriers, logistics partners, and vendors to maximize cost efficiency and service reliability.

Establish and monitor KPIs that track performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global distribution team that delivers consistent excellence.
Qualifications: What We Are Looking For

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 8+ years in executive roles.

Proven track record of overseeing large-scale global distribution networks with multi-billion-dollar budgets.

Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and distribution technologies.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business strongly preferred.

Exceptional ability to lead transformation, negotiate global contracts, and navigate complex regulatory environments.

Demonstrated success in building resilient, tech-enabled distribution models.
Strategic Support

Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and CEO, aligning distribution strategies with enterprise objectives.

Ensure distribution excellence is a competitive differentiator in global markets.

Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to create a distribution network that supports growth, profitability, and customer trust.

Provide board-level insights into performance, risk, and long-term distribution strategy.
