We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency, resilience, and innovation across global networks. This role will oversee strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, production planning, and logistics coordination, ensuring seamless operations from supplier to customer.
As a pivotal member of the Operations Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Technology to create a data-driven, agile, and sustainable supply chain ecosystem. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics.

Drive strategic sourcing and vendor partnerships that improve quality, cost, and reliability.

Implement advanced forecasting, planning, and optimization models using data analytics and AI tools.

Oversee logistics operations to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery to global customers.

Collaborate with Finance and Operations to improve working capital efficiency.

Ensure compliance with trade regulations, sustainability goals, and corporate standards.

Develop and mentor a cross-functional team that delivers measurable supply chain performance improvements.

Present KPIs and insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications: What We Are Looking For

10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.

Proven leadership in end-to-end supply chain management within multinational organizations.

Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and data analytics tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Deep understanding of global sourcing, production planning, and inventory control.

Strong financial acumen and ability to align supply chain metrics with business goals.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic Support

Serve as a strategic business partner to Operations, Finance, and Product teams.

Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to align supply chain goals with company growth objectives.

Lead cost reduction, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Shape strategies around sustainability, risk management, and global logistics resilience.
