Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will oversee enterprise operations strategy, transformation initiatives, and business performance programs, ensuring the organization maintains agility and resilience in an increasingly complex marketplace.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and Strategy to drive process optimization, cost management, and scalability.

Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that integrate technology, data, and human capital strategies.

Design and monitor KPIs that measure productivity, quality, and financial performance.

Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish long-term operational roadmaps and performance frameworks.

Lead due diligence and integration for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications: What We Are Looking For

15+ years of leadership experience in operations, strategy, or transformation management.

Proven record in leading cross-functional global teams within Fortune 500 or large-scale enterprises.

Strong expertise in operational analytics, process design, and strategic planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Exceptional ability to communicate and influence at the Board and executive levels.

Strategic Support

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, driving the operational pillars of corporate strategy.

Lead the development of an enterprise strategy execution model built on agility, analytics, and accountability.

Represent Operations in strategic planning forums, steering committees, and governance boards.
