Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee cross-functional projects in logistics, production, procurement, and customer fulfillment.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or business process leadership, ideally in a large-scale or global enterprise.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational transformation initiatives.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and P&L responsibility.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive organizational alignment.

Proficiency with ERP systems, data analytics tools, and operational reporting platforms.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with precision under pressure.
Strategic Support

Partner with the C-suite and department heads to develop multi-year operational strategies and performance roadmaps.

Act as the executive liaison for process improvement, risk mitigation, and efficiency optimization initiatives.
