Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units to ensure consistent delivery on cost, quality, and time objectives.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s growth goals and enhance organizational agility.

  • Drive process optimization and lean transformation initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and improve throughput.

  • Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to manage budgets, inventory control, and capacity planning.

  • Define and monitor KPIs and operational dashboards to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee cross-functional projects in logistics, production, procurement, and customer fulfillment.

  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and operational excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align operational strategy with overall business priorities.


Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or business process leadership, ideally in a large-scale or global enterprise.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational transformation initiatives.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and P&L responsibility.

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive organizational alignment.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems, data analytics tools, and operational reporting platforms.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with precision under pressure.


Strategic Support

  • Partner with the C-suite and department heads to develop multi-year operational strategies and performance roadmaps.

  • Act as the executive liaison for process improvement, risk mitigation, and efficiency optimization initiatives.

  • Provide operational insights to inform corporate decision-making and long-term investment planning.

  • Champion data-driven decision-making and automation across operations and supply chain functions.
