Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP will oversee enterprise-level deal structuring, partnership negotiation, and strategic account growth to accelerate business impact at scale.
As the face of business expansion, you’ll lead a high-performing global team responsible for identifying market opportunities, fostering senior-level client relationships, and executing data-driven go-to-market initiatives. You’ll collaborate across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to develop new channels, partnerships, and customer solutions that advance both our mission and market leadership.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the business development and strategic partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion across multiple sectors.

Identify and pursue high-value partnerships, M&A opportunities, and global collaborations that strengthen the company’s competitive positioning.

Build and mentor a high-performing team of business development and partnership professionals.

Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.

Drive executive-level engagement with clients, industry leaders, and key decision-makers to accelerate growth and retention.

Use data-driven insights to forecast opportunities, manage pipeline health, and refine growth tactics.

Lead the negotiation and structuring of complex, multi-million-dollar contracts and enterprise agreements.

Represent the organization at major industry conferences, trade shows, and investor forums.

Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to set revenue targets, performance metrics, and market projections.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

15+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Proven success driving growth in technology, consulting, or enterprise solutions industries.

Deep expertise in partnership negotiation, strategic planning, and enterprise account expansion.

Strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.

Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with experience in pipeline forecasting, CRM reporting, and performance analytics.

Strategic Support

Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team to set and execute long-term growth goals.

Collaborate with Marketing and Brand leaders to align partnership messaging with corporate strategy.

Support innovation by identifying and building alliances with startups, investors, and research partners.

Serve as an executive sponsor for global customer and partner accounts, ensuring retention and long-term value creation.
