Job Description
About the Role
We are entering a new era of strategic growth — one defined by agility, data-driven decision-making, and purposeful leadership. To drive this vision forward, we are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Chief Strategy & Operations Officer (CSOO) to lead enterprise-wide strategic planning, operational transformation, and business execution.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CSOO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for translating long-term vision into measurable results. You will lead cross-functional business units to design, execute, and optimize strategies that improve productivity, profitability, and scalability. Beyond operational efficiency, the CSOO will be a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior executives — guiding decisions around corporate development, new market expansion, and enterprise transformation.
This is more than a leadership position — it’s an opportunity to shape the blueprint of the organization’s future, empowering teams to execute with precision and purpose.
