Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Strategy leaders to embed innovation into core business processes.

Establish governance frameworks to evaluate, prioritize, and scale innovation initiatives.

Build and manage cross-functional innovation teams, internal labs, or external partnerships.

Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning across the organization.

Measure innovation performance through KPIs, ROI frameworks, and adoption metrics.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of experience in innovation leadership, strategy, product development, or digital transformation roles.

Demonstrated success leading enterprise innovation initiatives within technology-driven environments.

Experience working across cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
