The Director of Diversity and Inclusion will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to advance equity, foster belonging, and embed inclusive practices across all business functions. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational expertise, a deep understanding of modern diversity practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, HR, and business units. This role requires a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, capable of translating vision into tangible outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive D&I strategy aligned with corporate objectives and cultural priorities.

Partner with senior leadership to integrate inclusive practices into talent management, recruitment, promotion, and retention processes.

Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace and measure organizational climate.

Design and execute learning programs, workshops, and training on unconscious bias, allyship, equity, and inclusive leadership.

Track, measure, and report on D&I metrics, identifying areas for improvement and action plans.

Collaborate with business units to embed D&I principles into policies, procedures, and daily operations.

Serve as a visible leader and thought partner, advocating for equity internally and externally.

Manage relationships with external partners, industry groups, and community organizations to advance inclusion initiatives.

Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve strategic D&I outcomes.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of professional experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related leadership roles.

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level D&I programs with measurable impact.

Strong knowledge of D&I frameworks, equity strategies, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and foster collaboration across global teams.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale initiatives.

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Business Operations to drive enterprise-wide inclusion initiatives.

Contribute to corporate strategy by integrating D&I considerations into workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.

Provide insights to shape employee engagement, retention strategies, and leadership accountability metrics.
Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $245,000 – $325,000
