Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide technology operations covering infrastructure, platforms, systems availability, and service performance.

Own operational reliability, uptime, scalability, incident response, and service continuity frameworks.

Direct cloud and infrastructure operations, including capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.

Establish and maintain operational standards, SLAs, KPIs, and governance models.

Partner with Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Product teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational readiness.

Oversee vendor and managed service provider relationships, performance, and contract optimization.

Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive automation, observability, and operational maturity across environments.

Manage technology operations budgets, forecasting, and financial accountability.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure, Platform Operations, or IT leadership roles.

Proven experience managing enterprise-scale cloud, hybrid, or distributed systems.

Strong understanding of ITIL, SRE, DevOps, and modern operational frameworks.

Experience leading cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, and engineering.

Demonstrated success managing operational budgets and vendor ecosystems.

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $227,000 – $347,000
