This role partners closely with senior leadership across Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure strategy is not only well-designed, but also effectively executed.

The Director of Business Strategy will influence decisions at the highest levels and help guide long-term investments, transformation initiatives, and competitive positioning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead enterprise and business-unit strategy development, including annual planning and long-range strategic roadmaps.

Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to inform executive decision-making.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Partner with Finance on business modeling, scenario planning, and investment prioritization.

Support growth initiatives, including market expansion, product strategy alignment, and operational optimization.

Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Coordinate cross-functional strategy initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Track execution progress against strategic priorities and recommend course corrections as needed.

Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and integration strategy assessments.

Establish strategic frameworks, KPIs, and governance models to improve decision quality and execution discipline.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of experience in business strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning roles.

Proven experience working in technology-driven or enterprise-scale environments.

Strong financial and analytical skills, including business case development and scenario modeling.

Experience in presenting to senior executives and influencing decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.
