About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Program Management to lead mission-critical, multi-year initiatives that power a global healthcare technology platform serving millions of patients, clinicians, and enterprise partners. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, regulatory operations, and executive decision-making, requiring a leader who can translate strategy into execution at scale.
As a senior leader, you will oversee a portfolio of high-visibility programs spanning AI product deployment, platform modernization, compliance-driven initiatives, and enterprise integrations. You will operate with significant autonomy, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping how complex programs are delivered across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own and lead an enterprise-level program portfolio with budgets exceeding $50M+, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and value realization targets

Establish and evolve program governance models, executive reporting frameworks, and KPI dashboards used by C-suite leadership

Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Legal/Compliance, Data Science, and External Partners

Identify systemic delivery risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies across interdependent workstreams

Lead and mentor Senior Program Managers, Program Leads, and PMO leaders; set performance standards and career development paths

Translate corporate strategy into executable roadmaps, sequencing initiatives to maximize business and patient outcomes

Act as an escalation point for complex program challenges requiring executive-level judgment and decision-making

Champion operational excellence, continuous improvement, and scalable delivery practices across the enterprise
Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

12+ years of progressive program or portfolio management experience within large, complex organizations
-
5+ years leading enterprise programs in healthcare technology, SaaS, cloud platforms, or highly regulated industries

Demonstrated experience managing multi-threaded programs involving regulatory, security, and compliance constraints

Deep understanding of modern delivery methodologies (Agile at scale, hybrid, and waterfall governance models)

Proven success in influencing senior executives without direct authority

Experience building or transforming PMO or program governance functions at scale

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $224,000 – $328,000, based on experience and location, including:
