About the Role

As a Director of Digital Transformation, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, leading enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize platforms, re-engineer business processes, and unlock new sources of value through data and automation.

This role occupies a highly visible position within the organization, partnering directly with executive leadership, business unit heads, and technology teams across regions. You will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions while ensuring alignment with long-term corporate strategy.

Unlike traditional transformation roles, this position has direct influence on investment prioritization, operating model design, and enterprise architecture decisions. The successful candidate will not only lead change, but also institutionalize it.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation programs across multiple business units, from vision and roadmap creation through execution and adoption

  • Define and own the enterprise digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth, customer experience, and operational excellence goals

  • Oversee modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, platform consolidation, data enablement, automation, and digital product transformation

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to redesign operating models, workflows, and governance structures enabled by digital capabilities

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure transformation impact, ROI, and business outcomes

  • Serve as an executive advisor on emerging technologies, digital trends, and competitive positioning

  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, including internal leaders, external partners, and system integrators

  • Drive change management strategies to ensure sustained adoption and cultural alignment


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise change leadership

  • Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-year digital initiatives within complex organizations

  • Experience working with executive leadership and influencing decision-making at the C-suite or senior VP level

  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, data architecture, and digital operating models

  • Background in a large enterprise, global organization, or publicly traded company environment preferred

  • Guides governance frameworks that balance innovation, risk, and scalability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $234,000 – $318,000

  • Annual performance-based incentive program
