Procurement is a strategic engine within our enterprise, driving cost discipline, supplier innovation, risk resilience, and long-term value creation. As the organization continues to scale globally, the Chief Procurement Officer plays a central role in shaping how we source, partner, negotiate, and invest across a complex, international supplier ecosystem.
This executive role leads all aspects of procurement strategy, including global sourcing, supplier governance, contract optimization, cost transformation, ESG-aligned procurement, and digital modernization of purchasing operations. The CPO partners directly with the Executive Leadership Team to align procurement decisions with enterprise growth, operational excellence, and long-range financial objectives.
The position requires a seasoned leader who combines strategic vision with operational rigor, capable of transforming procurement into a competitive advantage across technology, manufacturing, and service environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and execute a global procurement strategy aligned with enterprise objectives, growth initiatives, and operational priorities.

Lead sourcing, category management, supplier negotiations, and contract governance across direct and indirect spend.

Build resilient, diversified supplier networks to mitigate risk, ensure continuity, and support global operations.

Oversee procurement transformation initiatives, including the implementation of digital tools, analytics, automation, and process optimization.

Drive cost-management programs while balancing quality, innovation, and supplier collaboration.

Establish procurement governance frameworks, compliance standards, and ethical sourcing practices.

Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Sustainability leaders to align procurement decisions across the enterprise.

Lead executive-level supplier relationships and strategic partnerships.

Provide procurement insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or operations.

Proven experience operating at executive or enterprise leadership levels within global organizations.

Strong background in technology, manufacturing, industrial, or complex services environments.

Demonstrated success leading large-scale procurement transformations and cost optimization initiatives.

Deep understanding of global sourcing, supplier risk management, contract negotiation, and governance models.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Experience working across international markets and multi-region supplier ecosystems.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $327,000 – $410,000
