About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead and evolve the financial operations of a rapidly scaling, global cloud-based technology organization serving enterprise and mid-market customers worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance, operational execution, and executive decision-making, supporting a multi-billion-dollar growth trajectory.
As a senior leader within the finance organization, you will partner closely with the CFO, executive leadership, and business unit heads to drive financial discipline, scalable processes, and data-driven insights across the enterprise. This role is designed for a finance leader who thrives in complex environments, understands SaaS economics deeply, and can translate financial intelligence into strategic outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end financial planning activities including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling

Own and optimize SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, gross margin, and unit economics

Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership to support product investment, pricing strategy, M&A analysis, and market expansion

Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive dashboards to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timeliness

Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering leaders to align financial strategy with operational execution

Strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance managers and analysts

Support board-level reporting, investor materials, and executive presentations
Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred)

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles within SaaS, cloud, or technology-driven organizations

Proven experience managing complex financial models and large-scale budgets

Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and global financial operations

Experience partnering directly with C-suite and executive stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools

Base Salary Range: $284,000 – $349,000, commensurate with experience and location
