Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead and transform end-to-end supply chain operations across a complex, global manufacturing footprint. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, driving resilience, cost optimization, and scalability across sourcing, planning, logistics, and supplier performance.
This is not a maintenance role. The Director will be expected to architect next-generation supply chain capabilities, modernize systems, and partner closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence.

-
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, service levels, and regulatory compliance.
-
Lead supply chain transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization, advanced planning systems, automation, and data-driven decision models.
-
Establish and monitor KPIs related to service levels, inventory turns, working capital, OTIF, and total landed cost.
-
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to align supply chain capabilities with business growth and product roadmaps.
-
Manage supply chain risk planning, including geopolitical exposure, material shortages, capacity constraints, and continuity planning.
-
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing regional and global supply chain teams.
-
Support M&A integration efforts from a supply chain perspective when applicable.

-
Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives and managing complex change at scale.
