As a Senior Management Consultant, you will lead high-impact engagements, guide C-suite stakeholders through ambiguity, and deliver insights that drive measurable outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements

12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy advisory, or enterprise transformation roles.

Proven background working with Fortune 500 or large global organizations.

Demonstrated success advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

Strong expertise in corporate strategy, operating model design, or digital transformation.

Experience leading multi-workstream, high-stakes engagements.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $354,000 – $409,000
