About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead high-impact, enterprise-scale digital growth initiatives within a global consumer technology organization. This role is designed for a strategist who operates beyond channel execution, someone who shapes end-to-end digital growth strategy, influences investment decisions, and partners closely with executive leadership, product, data science, and brand teams.

The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of customer insight, performance marketing, data analytics, and brand strategy, driving measurable growth across digital ecosystems that reach tens of millions of users globally. This is a highly visible role with direct influence over marketing innovation, experimentation frameworks, and long-term growth planning.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the enterprise digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth objectives

  • Lead development of full-funnel marketing frameworks, from awareness and acquisition through retention, engagement, and lifetime value optimization

  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to design advanced measurement models, attribution frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps

  • Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and market trends into actionable strategic recommendations

  • Guide cross-functional teams on channel prioritization, media mix optimization, and budget allocation at a significant scale

  • Drive continuous testing and optimization across creative, messaging, audiences, and platforms

  • Influence roadmap decisions related to marketing technology, automation, personalization, and AI-driven optimization

  • Present strategic insights, performance narratives, and investment recommendations to senior leadership


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing strategy within large consumer technology, digital platform, e-commerce, fintech, or media organizations

  • Demonstrated success leading digital strategy for high-scale, multi-channel marketing ecosystems

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer acquisition at enterprise scale

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, experimentation design, and attribution methodologies

  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, analytics, and brand leadership in matrixed organizations

  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution-informed levels

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $238,000 – $310,000 USD annually

Compensation package includes:
