About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to lead enterprise-level operational initiatives and strategic projects that directly impact business performance, efficiency, and growth. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional leadership, serving as a key partner to senior executives.

The Strategic Operations Manager will lead complex operational programs, process optimization initiatives, and strategic business planning efforts across multiple business units. This is not a traditional operations role; it’s a high-impact position that shapes organizational priorities, drives operational excellence, and enables strategic decision-making for senior leadership.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to define, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives across operations, business processes, and organizational performance

  • Lead operational excellence programs, including process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency initiatives

  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights for decision-making

  • Support cross-functional projects that require coordination between Finance, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Business Units

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting operational performance

  • Drive change management and implementation of process improvements across multiple teams

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and business cases for senior leadership


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic operations, business transformation, or management consulting

  • Experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives, cross-functional projects, or complex operational programs

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel, data visualization, and project management experience

  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executives and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with digital tools, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $198,000 – $250,000 USD annually
