About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across global manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and distribution networks. This role is designed for a strategic operations leader who thrives in complex, data-driven environments, balancing operational excellence with forward-looking strategic initiatives.

The Supply Chain Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and resilience across multi-regional supply chains. This is a high-visibility position with accountability for delivering operational performance, ensuring product availability, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across supply chain processes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including sourcing, inventory management, production planning, and logistics

  • Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement

  • Oversee supplier relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Product, and Finance to align supply chain operations with business objectives

  • Implement AI-enabled supply chain planning tools and process automation to drive efficiency and predictability

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across global supply networks and develop mitigation strategies

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize cost, lead time, and service levels

  • Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations to inform leadership decisions


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

  • 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in global manufacturing, high-tech, or AI-enabled supply chain environments

  • Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-region supply chain operations

  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory optimization, demand planning, and logistics

  • Familiarity with supply chain software, ERP systems, and advanced planning platforms

  • Experience leading process improvement, digital transformation, or automation initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail

  • Enabling scalability and responsiveness across global supply networks

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $210,000 – $300,000 USD annually
