About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across global manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and distribution networks. This role is designed for a strategic operations leader who thrives in complex, data-driven environments, balancing operational excellence with forward-looking strategic initiatives.
The Supply Chain Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and resilience across multi-regional supply chains. This is a high-visibility position with accountability for delivering operational performance, ensuring product availability, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across supply chain processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including sourcing, inventory management, production planning, and logistics

Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement

Oversee supplier relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Product, and Finance to align supply chain operations with business objectives

Implement AI-enabled supply chain planning tools and process automation to drive efficiency and predictability
-
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across global supply networks and develop mitigation strategies

Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize cost, lead time, and service levels

Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations to inform leadership decisions
Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in global manufacturing, high-tech, or AI-enabled supply chain environments

Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-region supply chain operations

Strong understanding of procurement, inventory optimization, demand planning, and logistics

Familiarity with supply chain software, ERP systems, and advanced planning platforms

Experience leading process improvement, digital transformation, or automation initiatives

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Range: $210,000 – $300,000 USD annually
