About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead enterprise-wide product marketing strategy for a portfolio of AI-driven software and digital platform solutions. This role is designed for a senior marketing leader who combines strategic vision, go-to-market expertise, and operational excellence to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement at scale.

The VP of Product Marketing will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure market positioning, messaging, and launch strategies resonate globally. This is a high-visibility role with accountability for shaping corporate narrative, influencing product strategy, and delivering measurable business impact.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global product marketing strategy for enterprise software and AI solutions

  • Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, positioning, and messaging across multiple product lines

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate product capabilities into value propositions that drive adoption and revenue growth

  • Own market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product strategy and differentiation

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, setting objectives, KPIs, and development plans

  • Develop sales enablement programs, tools, and campaigns to support revenue teams globally

  • Partner with Corporate Communications and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning

  • Measure and report on marketing performance, adoption metrics, and ROI of product initiatives


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, enterprise marketing, or go-to-market leadership, including 5+ years at the VP/Director level

  • Proven track record leading enterprise SaaS, AI, or technology product marketing at scale

  • Strong experience in product launches, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement

  • Experience managing global teams and complex multi-product portfolios

  • Excellent analytical skills to measure marketing performance and inform strategic decisions

In this role, you will provide strategic support by:

  • Advising executive leadership on market trends, product positioning, and competitive landscape

  • Aligning product marketing strategy with corporate objectives, revenue goals, and customer adoption

  • Driving adoption and growth initiatives through customer insights, data analytics, and innovation

  • Partnering with Product and Sales to ensure the successful execution of go-to-market plans and strategic campaigns

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $350,000 – $430,000 USD annually
