As Technology Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day operational performance while shaping the processes, tooling, and standards that keep a complex digital ecosystem running efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily technology operations across infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, and end-user platforms.

  • Service Reliability & Performance: Ensure system availability, performance monitoring, incident response, and root-cause resolution meet enterprise standards.

  • Process & Governance: Design and maintain operational processes for incident, change, and problem management.

  • Technology Enablement: Partner with engineering and architecture teams to operationalize new platforms and services.

  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring contract performance and value realization.

  • Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate operational workflows and improve efficiency through tooling and observability.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop operational dashboards and KPIs to inform leadership on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of technology operations professionals.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technology operations, IT operations, or infrastructure management within enterprise environments.

  • Strong background in cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and service management frameworks.

  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems in high-availability environments.

  • Demonstrated success managing vendors, budgets, and operational SLAs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.

  • Experience working in global or distributed team environments preferred.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $180,000 – $290,000

  • Annual Incentive: Performance-based bonus
