Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Regional Leadership & Performance: Lead and oversee regional operations, ensuring financial performance, operational efficiency, and service quality across all locations.

Strategy Execution: Translate enterprise strategy into actionable regional plans, priorities, and performance targets.

P&L Accountability: Own regional financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.

Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, policies, and processes across the region.

People & Talent Leadership: Build, coach, and develop regional leadership teams; drive succession planning and talent development.

Market & Customer Insight: Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with corporate functions to align resources, initiatives, and investments.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure regional adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance requirements.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of progressive leadership experience with multi-site, regional, or territory-level responsibility.

Proven success managing P&L, operations, and teams across geographically dispersed locations.

Experience in consumer services, technology-enabled businesses, franchised or multi-unit operations preferred.

Strong understanding of operational metrics, financial management, and performance optimization.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $160,000 – $290,000
