We are seeking a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to architect and lead a global learning ecosystem that enables continuous capability building, leadership excellence, and future-ready talent across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, leadership, and innovation. The CLO will design and execute a multi-year enterprise learning vision aligned with business growth, digital transformation, workforce evolution, and succession planning.
You will oversee learning strategy across executive leadership, people managers, technical specialists, and emerging talent, ensuring the organization remains competitive, adaptive, and resilient.
The Chief Learning Officer will partner closely with the CEO, CHRO, Executive Committee, and business leaders to embed learning into how the company operates, scales, and leads. From leadership academies and AI-enabled learning platforms to skills taxonomy design and performance enablement, this role defines how learning directly fuels enterprise outcomes.
This is a highly visible executive role for a leader who understands that learning is not content delivery but a strategic lever for transformation, productivity, and long-term value creation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and lead a global, enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities, digital transformation, and workforce planning.

Design scalable learning architectures covering executive leadership, manager effectiveness, technical capability building, and future skills.

Oversee leadership development programs, succession pipelines, and enterprise capability frameworks.

Integrate AI-driven learning platforms, skills intelligence, and data analytics to personalize and accelerate development.

Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into targeted learning and performance enablement initiatives.

Establish governance, metrics, and ROI frameworks to measure learning impact on performance, engagement, and retention.

Lead global learning teams, vendors, and partners while building internal capability and leadership bench strength.

Ensure learning programs support inclusion, equity, and access across the enterprise.

Align learning initiatives with talent management, performance management, and organizational design efforts.

Present learning strategy, outcomes, and workforce insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of experience in enterprise learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or talent strategy.

Proven success operating at an executive level within large, global, or complex organizations.

Experience designing learning strategies for digital transformation, AI adoption, and future-skills development.

Strong understanding of leadership capability models, adult learning theory, and enterprise learning systems.

Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite leaders and drive adoption across business units.

Experience managing global teams, learning budgets, and external learning partners.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.

Working Conditions
