Job Description
About the Role
In organizations operating at a global scale, execution is strategy. We are seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead the orchestration of the company’s most critical, multi-year initiatives programs that span product, engineering, operations, finance, and commercial execution.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy and disciplined delivery. The Vice President will oversee a broad portfolio of high-impact programs, including platform modernization, AI adoption, operating-model transformation, post-acquisition integration, and global scalability initiatives. These programs are not incremental; they redefine how the organization operates, innovates, and grows.
You will architect the enterprise program management model, establish governance at scale, and ensure alignment between executive vision and on-the-ground execution. Acting as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, you will bring clarity to complexity, anticipate risk, and ensure that the organization delivers outcomes, not just milestones.
This is a senior leadership role designed for a leader with strong executive presence, exceptional judgment, and a proven ability to move large, complex organizations forward through structure, influence, and accountability.
