We are seeking a Manager of Program Management to lead high-impact programs that sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational execution.

This role is designed for a senior-level program leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and understands how to translate executive priorities into structured delivery. You will manage a portfolio of multi-workstream initiatives spanning product development, platform modernization, process transformation, and global operational enablement.

Operating within a highly matrixed organization, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Business Leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to measurable outcomes.
Beyond execution, this role plays a critical part in how work gets done, shaping governance models, driving consistency across delivery teams, and building scalable program management practices that support long-term growth.

This is a visible leadership role with exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear path to broader enterprise responsibility.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs involving product, engineering, operations, and business teams.

  • Own program planning, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and delivery metrics across multiple workstreams.

  • Establish clear governance structures, reporting cadences, and escalation frameworks.

  • Translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps with defined outcomes and success metrics.

  • Identify risks, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies; proactively drive mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate program reviews, leadership readouts, and executive updates with clarity and precision.

  • Partner with Finance to track budgets, forecasts, and program ROI.

  • Drive operational discipline through standardized processes, templates, and execution frameworks.

  • Support change-management efforts to ensure adoption, engagement, and sustained impact.

  • Mentor project and program managers, raising the overall maturity of delivery capability.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in program management, PMO, operations, or large-scale delivery roles.

  • Proven success managing complex programs within enterprise technology, SaaS, cloud, or digital product environments.

  • Strong experience working with Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Experience with executive reporting, steering committees, and senior-level presentations.

  • Solid understanding of financial tracking, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) preferred.

  • Play a key role in enterprise transformation initiatives and operating model evolution.


Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $227,000 – $315,000
