Job Description
About the Role
As enterprises scale across markets, platforms, and global operating models, financial operations must evolve from transactional execution into a strategic engine that enables growth, resilience, and performance transparency. We are seeking a Vice President of Financial Operations to lead and modernize the financial operating backbone of a complex, multi-business enterprise.
This role is built for a senior financial leader who understands how to architect scalable finance operations across accounting, controllership, revenue operations, billing, payables, receivables, payroll, financial systems, and internal controls while maintaining rigor, compliance, and speed.
You will oversee large, distributed teams and mission-critical processes that directly impact cash flow, forecasting accuracy, margin visibility, and executive decision-making.
Operating at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Operations, the VP of Financial Operations will drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across global finance workflows. This leader will play a central role in transforming legacy processes into integrated, data-driven systems using ERP modernization, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics.
This is a highly visible executive role with regular interaction with the CFO, CEO, Audit Committee, and senior business leaders, designed for a leader who can balance precision with scale, governance with agility, and operational discipline with strategic impact.
