About the Role
In high-growth organizations, execution speed, alignment, and discipline determine whether strategy becomes an advantage or a source of friction. We are seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead enterprise-wide execution across a rapidly scaling, innovation-driven business.
This role sits at the center of growth, transformation, and operational excellence. The VP of Program Management will oversee a broad portfolio of mission-critical initiatives, including platform expansion, AI adoption, product modernization, global market entry, operational scaling, and enterprise systems transformation.
You will build and lead a mature, enterprise-level program management organization that brings structure to complexity and clarity to execution. Acting as a bridge between executive vision and operational delivery, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Technology leaders to ensure strategic priorities are executed with precision, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
This is not a delivery-only role. It is a business leadership position designed for an executive who understands how to scale organizations, govern transformation, manage risk, and accelerate performance in environments defined by rapid growth and constant change.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own the enterprise program management strategy across all major growth, transformation, and operational initiatives.

Lead a portfolio of multi-year, multi-workstream programs tied directly to revenue growth, platform scalability, and market expansion.

Establish enterprise governance models, operating rhythms, and decision frameworks that support speed without sacrificing rigor.

Translate executive strategy into executable roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and outcome-based metrics.

Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align delivery priorities with customer, platform, and innovation goals.

Oversee risk management, dependency resolution, and cross-functional escalation across global teams.

Drive consistent executive reporting, steering committee engagement, and transparent performance tracking.

Optimize resource allocation, capacity planning, and investment prioritization across programs.

Lead change-management efforts to ensure adoption, accountability, and sustained business impact.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing program management leadership team.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or large-scale operational leadership roles.

Proven success leading complex, high-growth organizations through periods of rapid scaling and change.

Deep experience managing enterprise portfolios across technology, product, operations, and business functions.

Strong understanding of Agile-at-scale, hybrid delivery models, and modern governance frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and senior executives in fast-moving environments.

Experience overseeing global teams, distributed delivery models, and executive-level reporting.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.

Play a key role in acquisitions, integrations, restructuring efforts, and global expansion initiatives.
