Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, execution is a strategic advantage. We are seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Program Management to lead the governance, orchestration, and delivery of the company’s most critical, cross-functional initiatives and programs that shape strategy, modernize operations, and materially impact long-term performance.
This role sits at the center of the organization’s transformation agenda. The VP will own the enterprise execution model, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into disciplined delivery across technology, product, operations, finance, and commercial teams. This includes overseeing complex, multi-year programs spanning digital modernization, AI adoption, platform transformation, operating-model redesign, and global scale initiatives.
The Vice President will build and lead an enterprise-grade program management organization, establishing governance, standards, investment discipline, and performance transparency at scale. Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, C-suite, and Board, this leader ensures that the organization executes with clarity, speed, and accountability in a highly complex environment.
This is not a PMO caretaker role. It is a mandate to professionalize execution at the highest level, embed execution rigor into leadership culture, and deliver measurable outcomes that accelerate growth, efficiency, and enterprise value.
