Job Description
About the Role
In highly regulated enterprises, compliance is not a back-office function; it is a strategic capability that protects trust, enables growth, and supports innovation at scale. We are seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and mature enterprise compliance programs across a complex organization operating in regulated markets with evolving regulatory expectations.
This role is designed for a leader who understands how to embed compliance into operations, not layer it on top. You will oversee regulatory compliance frameworks, policy governance, monitoring and testing, issue management, and regulatory change management, ensuring that the organization meets its obligations while moving quickly and responsibly.
Working closely with Legal, Risk, Audit, Product, Operations, and Technology, the Compliance Manager will translate regulations into practical controls, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes. You will help modernize compliance through data, automation, and RegTech tools, improving visibility, consistency, and effectiveness across lines of business.
This is not a checkbox role. It is a mandate to strengthen the compliance operating model, elevate risk awareness, and ensure the organization can innovate confidently within regulatory guardrails.
