Job Description
About the Role
In modern enterprises, diversity and inclusion are not programs; they are foundational capabilities that shape leadership, innovation, and long-term performance. We are seeking a Director of Diversity and Inclusion Officer to lead, scale, and embed a comprehensive D&I strategy across a global organization operating at enterprise scale.
This role is designed for a senior leader who understands how to move beyond symbolic initiatives and build measurable, durable inclusion outcomes across talent systems, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture. The Director will own the enterprise D&I roadmap, aligning inclusion priorities with business strategy, workforce planning, ESG commitments, and long-term value creation.
As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role will influence how the organization hires, develops, promotes, and retains talent, ensuring equitable access to opportunity and fostering a culture where diverse perspectives drive better decisions and innovation. The Director will partner closely with HR, Talent, Learning, Legal, and Business Leaders to embed inclusion into operating rhythms, governance, and performance management.
This is not a communications or compliance role. It is a mandate to institutionalize inclusion as a strategic advantage, supported by data, accountability, and leadership ownership across the enterprise.
