Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, marketing is no longer about campaigns; it is a strategic growth engine that drives demand, shapes brand trust, and accelerates revenue. We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead a global, multi-channel marketing organization within a technology-driven enterprise operating across markets, products, and customer segments.
This role is designed for a senior marketing executive who understands how to integrate brand, demand generation, product marketing, and lifecycle engagement into a unified growth strategy. The VP of Marketing will own enterprise marketing strategy and execution, ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable pipeline, customer acquisition, and long-term brand equity.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO, CRO, Product, and Finance leaders to align marketing strategy with go-to-market priorities and revenue goals. You will modernize marketing operations through advanced analytics, AI-enabled optimization, and customer insight while building a high-performing global marketing organization.
This is not a communications role. It is a mandate to build marketing as an enterprise-grade growth capability, one that scales, adapts, and delivers sustained competitive advantage.
