About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead and modernize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations for a complex, multinational enterprise operating across global sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, and distribution networks.

This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to synchronize planning, execution, and logistics at scale. The VP will own strategy and execution across procurement, logistics, distribution, inventory, and transportation, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and resilience in dynamic market conditions.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, Chief Technology Officer, and business leaders to align supply chain and logistics capabilities with growth, margin, and customer experience objectives. You will drive digital transformation across logistics networks, deploy advanced analytics for visibility and control, and establish operating models that absorb disruption without sacrificing performance.

This is not a regional logistics role. It is a mandate to build a globally integrated, future-ready supply chain and logistics organization, one that delivers predictable outcomes, optimizes cost, and strengthens enterprise trust.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global supply chain and logistics strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.

• Lead end-to-end operations across sourcing, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

• Drive digital transformation of logistics networks using analytics, automation, and real-time visibility tools.

• Optimize global network design to improve service levels, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.

• Establish governance, KPIs, and performance accountability across supply chain and logistics operations.

• Manage strategic carrier, 3PL, and supplier partnerships.

• Ensure operational readiness for growth, new product launches, and market expansion.

• Lead risk management, continuity planning, and crisis response for logistics and supply networks.

• Build and lead a high-performing global supply chain and logistics leadership team.

• Report performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and the Board.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in global supply chain, logistics, or operations environments.

• Proven success leading large, multi-region logistics and supply chain organizations.

• Deep expertise in transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.

• Experience driving digital supply chain and logistics transformation at enterprise scale.

• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated margin, cost, and working capital improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, volatility, and global vendor ecosystems.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Base Salary: $330,000 – $422,000
