Job Description
About the Role
In today’s global enterprises, marketing is no longer a support function; it is a core driver of growth, differentiation, and enterprise value. We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and unify global marketing strategy across brand, demand, product marketing, and customer lifecycle for a complex, technology-driven organization operating at scale.
This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to connect brand authority with measurable revenue outcomes. The CMO will own the full marketing ecosystembrand strategy, go-to-market execution, demand generation, digital and lifecycle marketing, customer insight, and performance analytics, ensuring marketing directly accelerates growth, strengthens market leadership, and supports long-term enterprise strategy.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will partner closely with the CEO, Chief Financial & Growth Officer, Product, Sales, and Technology leaders to shape enterprise direction. You will modernize the marketing operating model, embed data and AI into decision-making, and elevate marketing from channel execution to strategic growth architecture.
This is not a brand-only or pipeline-only role. It is a mandate to build marketing as an enterprise-grade growth system globally scalable, analytically rigorous, and tightly aligned with business outcomes.
