Job Description

About the Role

In large, modern enterprises, technology leadership sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and scale. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Technology to lead high-impact technology teams responsible for building, operating, and evolving critical platforms that support growth, reliability, and innovation across the organization.

This role is designed for a senior technology leader who understands how to translate business priorities into scalable technical execution. You will oversee multiple technology teams, guide architectural and delivery decisions, and ensure systems are built with resilience, security, and performance in mind.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership, you will help shape technology roadmaps, modernize legacy environments, and improve delivery discipline. You will bring structure to complex initiatives, coach technical leaders, and ensure the organization can scale without accumulating operational or technical risk.
