Job Description
About the Role
In modern enterprises, the product is the connective tissue between strategy, technology, customer value, and revenue growth. We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and lead product vision, portfolio strategy, and execution across a complex, global organization delivering mission-critical digital platforms at scale.
This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to translate enterprise strategy into product-led growth. The CPO will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision and investment prioritization through discovery, delivery, launch, and lifecycle optimization, ensuring product decisions drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the CPO will partner closely with the CEO, CTO/CIO, Chief Financial & Growth Officer, Sales, and Operations leaders to align product strategy with go-to-market execution, platform modernization, and long-term value creation. You will establish outcome-based product operating models, introduce rigor in prioritization, and embed customer insight and data into every decision.
This is not a roadmap stewardship role. It is a mandate to build a product as a durable, enterprise-grade capability, one that accelerates innovation, improves time-to-market, and sustains competitive advantage across evolving markets.
