Job Description

About the Role

At enterprise scale, product management success is defined by the ability to translate strategy into outcomes, customer needs into scalable solutions, and execution into measurable business value. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead product teams responsible for high-impact platforms and digital experiences serving global customers and internal stakeholders.

This role is designed for an experienced product leader who understands how to operate at the intersection of vision, delivery, and performance. You will own product strategy and execution for a defined portfolio, guide product managers through discovery and delivery, and ensure product decisions align with enterprise priorities.

Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations, you will bring structure to prioritization, rigor to roadmapping, and clarity to outcome measurement. You will also play a key role in scaling product management practices, mentoring leaders, and strengthening the product operating model across the organization.

This is not a feature-delivery role. It is a mandate to build product management as a disciplined, enterprise capability, one that delivers consistent value and supports long-term growth.
