Job Description

About the Role

In modern enterprises, Information Technology is no longer a back-office function; it is the foundation of scalability, security, and operational resilience. We are seeking a Head of Information Technology (IT) to lead enterprise IT strategy, systems architecture, and technology operations for a complex, multi-region organization operating at a global scale.

This role is designed for a senior IT executive who understands how to balance innovation with stability, enable digital transformation without disruption, and ensure technology investments directly support business growth. The Head of IT will own the full enterprise IT landscape, including infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data governance, and IT service management.

As a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, you will translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, modernize legacy environments, and build secure, scalable platforms that support future growth. You will also establish governance, risk management, and operational discipline across IT, ensuring reliability, compliance, and cost transparency.

This is not a systems-maintenance role. It is a mandate to build IT as a strategic enterprise capability, one that enables agility, protects the organization, and scales with confidence.
