Job Description

About the Role

In modern enterprises, finance is no longer a back-office reporting function. It is a strategic operating partner that drives decision quality, capital efficiency, and sustainable growth. We are seeking a Finance Manager to support financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across a complex, fast-moving organization.

This role is designed for a finance professional who understands how to translate financial data into insight, guidance, and action. The Finance Manager will partner closely with business leaders to manage budgets, forecast performance, evaluate investments, and improve financial discipline across the organization.

You will operate at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, supporting both short-term performance and long-term strategy. Your mandate is to move finance beyond historical reporting into a forward-looking, insight-driven capability that enables leaders to make better, faster decisions.
