Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, investment leadership is not only about returns. It is about capital stewardship, disciplined risk management, long-term value creation, and institutional credibility. We are seeking a Chief Investment Officer to lead the investment strategy, portfolio construction, and capital allocation decisions for a diversified, global organization with significant assets under management.
This role is designed for a senior investment executive who understands how to balance growth, risk, liquidity, and governance across market cycles. The Chief Investment Officer will own the investment philosophy, asset allocation framework, manager selection, and performance oversight across public and private markets.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the CIO will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, Board, and Investment Committee to ensure alignment between investment strategy and the organization’s long-term objectives. This leader will guide decision-making through volatility, support expansion into new asset classes, and maintain rigorous governance standards.
This is not a portfolio maintenance role. It is a mandate to shape institutional investment strategy, protect capital, and deliver sustainable, risk-adjusted returns over time.
