Job Description
About the Role
At a global scale, supply chain leadership is no longer about efficiency alone. It is a strategic growth and resilience function that directly impacts margin, customer experience, risk exposure, and enterprise value. We are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and modernize end-to-end supply chain strategy across a complex, multi-region organization operating at scale.
This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to build resilient, data-driven supply networks capable of performing through volatility, growth, and disruption. The Vice President of Supply Chain will own global planning, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, logistics, inventory strategy, and supplier performance across a diversified footprint.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Product, Commercial, and Technology leaders to ensure supply chain strategy is aligned with enterprise growth objectives. Your mandate is to balance cost, service, agility, and risk while enabling long-term scalability.
This is not a functional optimization role. It is a mandate to position the supply chain as a strategic advantage that supports growth, protects margin, and strengthens customer trust.
