About the Role

At enterprise scale, strategic sales is not about volume. It is about shaping markets, winning complex deals, and building long-term revenue engines with the organization’s most critical customers. We are seeking a Director of Strategic Sales to lead high-value commercial strategy across a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.

This role is designed for a senior sales leader who understands how to sell at the intersection of business outcomes, executive relationships, and long-cycle deal structures. The Director of Strategic Sales will own strategy, execution, and performance across large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder sales engagements.

You will partner closely with executive leadership, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to align solutions with customer priorities and enterprise growth goals. Your mandate is to move beyond transactional selling and establish repeatable, scalable enterprise revenue through trusted partnerships.

This is not a quota-only leadership role. It is a mandate to build a strategic sales engine that drives sustained growth, market leadership, and long-term client value.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise and strategic sales strategy across high-value accounts

  • Own revenue growth, deal execution, and pipeline health for strategic segments

  • Drive complex, multi-year deal negotiations and enterprise contract structures

  • Partner with executive leadership on key account strategy and customer engagement

  • Align Sales, Product, and Marketing teams around strategic account objectives

  • Establish account planning frameworks and long-term growth strategies

  • Oversee forecasting accuracy, deal governance, and revenue predictability

  • Mentor and develop senior sales leaders and strategic account teams

  • Identify new market expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts

  • Represent the organization in executive-level customer discussions


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15 plus years of experience in strategic sales or enterprise sales leadership

  • Proven success selling complex B2B solutions at enterprise or global scale

  • Strong background in technology, platforms, or services-based business models

  • Demonstrated ability to lead long-cycle, high-value deal execution

  • Experience managing senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

  • Provide executive insight into market trends and competitive dynamics

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $350,000 – $423,000
