Job Description

About the Role

In highly regulated, technology-intensive industries, IT project leadership is not administrative coordination. It is the discipline that ensures transformation initiatives deliver measurable value, on schedule, within budget, and without operational disruption.

We are seeking an Information Technology Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology programs supporting cloud migration, core system modernization, cybersecurity enhancement, digital platform expansion, and regulatory technology initiatives.

This role is designed for a leader who understands how to translate executive strategy into structured execution. You will oversee cross-functional project teams spanning engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, compliance, and vendor partners. Your mandate is to drive clarity, accountability, and measurable results across high-visibility technology programs.

You will operate in an environment where risk tolerance is low, system stability is critical, and delivery discipline directly impacts customer trust, compliance posture, and financial performance.

This is not a task-tracking role. It is a mandate to lead enterprise-scale technology initiatives with precision, governance rigor, and business alignment.
