We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support enterprise-wide performance optimization, process improvement initiatives, and strategic decision support, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a reporting-only position. This is a data-driven operational performance role.
Job Function
The Operations Analyst will analyze operational performance data, identify process inefficiencies, support forecasting and capacity planning models, and provide decision-support insights across supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics functions.
This role bridges analytics with execution to improve operational reliability and cost performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze operational KPIs, including throughput, cycle time, cost per order, and fulfillment accuracy

Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track real-time operational performance

Conduct root-cause analysis on service disruptions and performance gaps

Support capacity planning and demand forecasting models

Identify process improvement opportunities across logistics and warehouse operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance enhancements

Evaluate vendor and third-party logistics performance metrics

Assist in cost analysis and operational budgeting initiatives

Support automation and systems optimization initiatives

Prepare executive-ready performance summaries and data insights
-
Contribute to operational risk assessments and mitigation planning

Maintain data integrity across operational analytics systems
Strategic Support

Support the Director of Operational Excellence in enterprise performance initiatives

Contribute to national expansion planning through data-backed forecasting

Assist in evaluating operational efficiency for new distribution site launches

Support cost-reduction and margin-improvement strategies
-
Strengthen digital transformation initiatives across operations systems

Enhance data transparency and reporting governance standards
Job Qualifications and Requirements

3–7+ years of progressive operations, supply chain, or business analytics experience

Experience within e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or high-volume operational environments

Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Experience analyzing large data sets to identify actionable insights

Knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, and KPI performance metrics

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $100,000 – $195,000 USD
