Job Description
About the Organization
We are a U.S.-headquartered global renewable energy infrastructure enterprise deploying multi-billion-dollar capital across utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen infrastructure, grid modernization, and digital energy management platforms. Our operating model integrates long-duration infrastructure assets, tax equity partnerships, structured project finance, institutional co-investment capital, and federal/state incentive programs.
As we scale nationally and expand international asset portfolios, financial architecture, capital allocation discipline, regulatory transparency, and investor-grade reporting are central to protecting returns and sustaining long-term enterprise value. The complexity of our portfolio demands a CFO who understands infrastructure economics, capital stack optimization, project finance structuring, and performance governance across multi-entity structures.
We are seeking a transformational Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead enterprise financial strategy, capital markets engagement, treasury governance, risk management, M&A integration, and long-term valuation growth, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a controllership oversight role. This is a board-facing enterprise capital leadership mandate.
Job Function
The Chief Financial Officer will architect and oversee enterprise financial strategy across project finance, structured capital deployment, institutional investor relations, tax equity structuring, treasury management, FP&A governance, and financial risk mitigation across a diversified renewable infrastructure portfolio.
This executive ensures disciplined capital allocation, balance sheet strength, liquidity optimization, and investor confidence across complex, capital-intensive operations.

Define and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with multi-year renewable infrastructure growth objectives.
