PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Enterprise Financial Operations: Lead global financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury management.

Process Optimization: Design and implement automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows.

Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and global regulatory standards.

Forecasting & Planning: Oversee enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic objectives.

Financial Systems Leadership: Drive ERP and financial systems strategy, ensuring integration, scalability, and efficiency.

Audit & Risk Management: Partner with Audit and Risk Committees to ensure robust internal controls and transparency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Operations, and Technology to align financial operations with enterprise priorities.

Executive Reporting: Deliver financial performance insights, operational KPIs, and risk assessments to the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Financial Operations, or Corporate Accounting, with at least 7+ years in executive roles.

Proven track record in financial services, technology, or global Fortune 500 enterprises.

Deep expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms, automation, and data-driven financial operations.

Strong knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and global accounting standards.

CPA, CMA, or MBA highly preferred.

Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with Board-level engagement experience.
