About the Role

This role goes far beyond traditional training. You will design enterprise-wide learning strategies that align with long-term business goals, digital transformation initiatives, and leadership capability needs across a global organization. You will own the full learning lifecycle from capability assessment and curriculum architecture to digital learning platforms, executive development, and measurable business outcomes.
Partnering closely with the CHRO, executive leadership, and business unit heads, you will embed learning into the fabric of how the organization grows talent, scales leaders, and adapts to change. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution discipline, and the ability to modernize learning through AI-enabled platforms, data-driven insights, and human-centered design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year enterprise Learning & Development strategy aligned with business growth, digital transformation, and workforce planning priorities.

Lead leadership development programs for executives, senior leaders, and high-potential talent across global regions.

Oversee the design and delivery of technical, functional, and behavioral learning programs at scale.

Modernize learning platforms by leveraging AI-powered learning systems, digital academies, and personalized learning pathways.

Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to conduct enterprise capability assessments and close critical skill gaps.

Establish learning governance, standards, and frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

Measure learning effectiveness through KPIs tied to performance, engagement, retention, and business impact.

Lead vendor strategy, learning technology investments, and external partnerships.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing L&D team with strong instructional design and facilitation expertise.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or related leadership roles.

Proven success designing enterprise learning strategies within large, global, or high-growth organizations.

Strong experience with digital learning platforms, LMS/LXP ecosystems, and modern learning technologies.

Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, executive coaching programs, and succession planning.

Ability to translate business strategy into learning architectures and capability roadmaps.

Experience managing significant learning budgets and vendor ecosystems.

Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
