As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading regional retail operations, ensuring excellence in sales performance, customer engagement, team development, and operational efficiency. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct impact on revenue growth, brand reputation, and customer loyalty.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales across retail stores by implementing effective sales strategies and operational excellence practices.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure every store delivers world-class customer service, reflecting the values of a luxury global brand.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor store managers and staff to achieve performance targets.

  • Operational Excellence: Implement policies and best practices for inventory control, merchandising, and compliance.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Digital Integration: Oversee execution of omnichannel retail strategies, including e-commerce and digital clienteling.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage store budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics for assigned regions.

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all retail operations align with brand standards, legal requirements, and ESG commitments.


Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in retail management or operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

  • Proven success in luxury retail, consumer goods, or global retail enterprises.

  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, customer experience strategies, and digital retail technologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations across multiple regions.

  • Track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and exceeding operational goals.


Strategic Support

The Retail Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Retail and Chief Operating Officer, ensuring alignment with global strategy and brand objectives. Contributions include:

  • Supporting global expansion initiatives by scaling retail operations across new markets.

  • Advising leadership on consumer behavior insights, digital retail investments, and merchandising strategies.

  • Driving customer-centric strategies that enhance brand loyalty and long-term growth.

  • Aligning regional retail operations with sustainability, compliance, and corporate responsibility goals.


Working Conditions

  • Remote-based role with regular travel to regional retail locations, global headquarters, and leadership summits.

  • Requires flexibility across time zones to support international retail operations.

  • Operates in a fast-paced retail environment with high visibility and accountability for sales performance.

  • Direct leadership over multi-site retail operations teams across assigned regions.
